SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT
• The lower threshold of the provided bandwidth is 32 kbps
• The connectivity and the activation of a Wi Fi client is done within one working day.The connectivity and the activation of a Fiber optic client is done within a week in Gyumri. For other regions it will be done according to the agreement
• Response to customer requests are given within 4 hours (Monday to Saturday 9:00 – 21:00)
• Interruption of the connectivity link is recovered within 1 hour (when no physical damage occurred) and for the cases of physical damage the link will be recovered within a day.
Service hours are Monday to Saturday 9:00 – 21:00
